Best Positive Mindset Book – Become a Loser to Become a Winner
In the book I have written, “Become a Loser to Become a Winner: STOMP ON THAT EGO,” I offer a unique perspective on achieving happiness and success by attempting to write the best positive mindset book, encouraging readers to embrace their inner ‘loser.’
I emphasize the power of positivity, the importance of reevaluating standards, and the need to face your fears. By following the principles outlined in my positive mindset book, you can transform your mindset, overcome negativity, and live a more fulfilling life.
Why did I write a Positive Mindset Book?
As a Children’s book author (and reviewer), I also thought I’d have a crack at writing a book for adults too.
I wrote a book about having a positive mindset as I have always been so fascinated that these ‘self-help books‘ targeting helping people improve their mindset even exist. It appears that so many believe they need help with their focus and outlook on life. Whereas I’ve truly never felt the need to seek help or ask anyone for advice in coping with life.
‘You are so lucky to have the mindset that you have, so naturally. A lot of people pay a fortune and spend all their life trying to get to half the positivity that is instilled within you!
A friend once told me. This friend said it took him decades of life to feel as good about himself as he does now.
What qualifies me to write a Positive Mindset Book?
Firstly, no author of a positive-mindset book needs to hold any ‘relevant’ qualifications – yet… (It’s 2024 and the world is changing at a rapid pace, ha)
However, the fact that I can’t recall feeling jealous or sad for no reason made me think that I could very well write a book that could help people.
Positive quotes can be found online in abundance, but an actual book or guide, I’ll write one.
Not just a podcast host, but also a happy guy who likes to be happy, and surrounded by other happy people, I noticed sad and depressed people who loved to read these types of books. They would post inspirational quotes on their Instagram or FaceBook all have one thing in common. They are positing up things that appear to be what I consider to be just regular old ‘common knowledge’.
The Best Self-help books that improve people’s mindsets are easy for happy people to write
I remember when The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck was released. I was blown away by how many people were raving all about it, and how it was helping them change their perspective on life. However, I was thinking ‘How do people not know this? Are people really wasting time and energy caring about what other people think of them?
It’s a great book though. It’s just not at all for me. But a great book, like mine, for those who need to read a positive mindset book.
What inspired me to write a book to improve people’s mindsets?
Having some time off from work when Covid hit, I began to see all the people suffering from mental health issues as a result of the lockdowns. Suddenly ‘write a positive mindset book’ appeared on my Things-to-do list. I eventually got around to writing one, and in 2022, here it is. For Sale on Amazon.
I also recommend that people could do acupuncture at home, as well as read the book to improve their lives.
It is priced well, helping people see the world as I do, as a happy guy.
Transforming Your Mindset: A Guide to Becoming a Winner by Embracing Your Inner ‘Loser’
This positive mindset book offers a unique perspective on achieving happiness and success by embracing your inner ‘loser.’ Let’s dive into these insights on how to transform your mindset for a more positive outlook on life.
Key Takeaways – The positive Mindset book summarised
1. The Power of Positivity
- I often get asked, “Why are you always so positive?” My answer is simple: life is tough, but focusing on the negatives won’t make it any easier.
- I encourage you to keep moving forward and maintain a positive mindset even when you face challenges.
2. The Hedonic Treadmill
- I introduce the concept of the hedonic treadmill, where people continually chase more money and success, thinking it will lead to happiness.
- I emphasize that this pursuit often leaves us feeling unsatisfied and always wanting more. It’s crucial to reevaluate our standards and be grateful for what we have.
3. Embrace Your ‘Loser’ Side
- The central theme of my book is that you can be a ‘loser’ and still win in life.
- I argue that it’s essential not to be overly concerned with others’ opinions and not to beat yourself up over failures. By shifting your thinking, you can become invincible to failure and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
4. Face Your Fears
- I encourage readers to face their fears and make progress in their lives.
- I provide tips, tools, and actionable advice for setting reasonable goals, dealing with failure, and not getting discouraged. By taking small steps and gradually overcoming challenges, you can build confidence and transform your mindset.
5. Stop Taking Things Personally
- One of my key insights is the importance of not taking things personally.
- I suggest that when you stop caring about what others think of you, you can live more freely and have more fun in life. This mindset shift allows you to focus on your own happiness rather than seeking validation from others.

- Instead of fearing failure, view it as a valuable learning experience.
- I believe that setbacks are stepping stones to success and that each failure brings you closer to your goals.

What are some topics I cover in the best self-help book?
- Stop caring about what other people think or may think of you – It’s useless, negative energy.
- Lower your opinion of yourself – Some people don’t like you, like you like yourself. Get comfortable with that fact.
- Lower your standards – It’s great that you want to be a high achiever – But we cannot always win. Learn how to deal with a loss and stop being a sore loser
- The Hedonic Treadmill – once you realize humans are naturally all on this hedonic treadmill, you can recognize and make adjustments when needed to improve your life. This is the ultimate key to your success. Nearly every positive mindset book will mention this concept.
These above are what I thought other people ‘just knew’. After learning that plenty of people had no idea of these concepts I soon concluded that it was likely the very reason they are feeling miserable, suffering from low self-esteem, and seeking out to read and purchase a positive mindset book to read.
A list of other positive mindset books for notable mention:
- Happy – British mentalist/illusionist Derren Brown
- Meditations – Marcus Aurelius,
- Man’s Search for Meaning – Viktor E. Frankl
- The Obstacle is the Way – Ryan Holiday
